DAN COOPER
Genetically engineered by Japanese scientists in 1952 to be a super soldier, and delivered through his surrogate mother on March 2, 1953 at Samson Air Force Base (now a closed USAFB but, still an open US Undersea Naval Base), Dan Cooper was born into one of the US Military’s Secret Space Programs (SSPs).
From 1955 to 1970, before he was deployed, he was trained by Japanese and Shaolin sword fighting instructors to sword fight, at various SSP underground military facilities throughout Japan and the United States. In 1970 he was deployed and served a “20 and back” (1970 – 1990) with a joint US and German (NAZI) Military SSP contingent known as Dark Fleet. He engaged in numerous covert military operations, his primary function was dueling with swords. Cooper became a Niten Ichi-Ryu master (Japanese style sword fighter using two swords) and prevailed in numerous duels (tournaments and one on one challenges) throughout this galaxy and several adjoining galaxies.

Cooper was genetically engineered from Cossack (Jewish) stock by the Japanese geneticists that engineered him, he became the bane of his NAZI, US, and Draco, commanders because he often refused to follow their orders. In Cooper’s 20-year stint in the ICC, he refused to kill others and was brought into court martial court and forced to swear to kill for the ICC or die. He said, “I’m going to follow orders.” I spent 20 years in the 20 years and back program. Cooper’s insubordinate and insolent demeanor towards his superiors not only endeared him to his brothers and sisters in arms but, it gained him real respect from the leaders of the worlds from where he bested their champions in mortal combat.
All during his 20 and back stint with Dark Fleet, Cooper constantly criticized and demeaned his superiors for their intractable stance opposing the release of advanced technologies to the general population of Earth. He vowed, upon his return, to personally affect the release of those advanced technologies. To ensure the success of that vow, Cooper made packs with several of the more powerful and more technologically advanced Warrior cultures to watch his back, which they did and continue to do. The ICC was/is well aware of the packs that Cooper made with these Warrior Cultures to protect him, and in morbid fear of them, wisely decided to release Cooper back to Earth in 1970, instead of executing him. As with all super soldiers, at the end of their 20 and back stint in the US Military SSP, upon Cooper’s return (honorable discharge) to Earth, in 1970, his memories of that period in his life were completely wiped.
Imbibed with an overwhelming desire to release suppressed technologies, Cooper entered College (Mt. San Antonio Jr. College, Walnut, CA) with a plan in mind to teach the Chinese how to defeat the US in business. He figured that they (the Chinese), who had been denied a seat at the table (with the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate; the ICC), were they to become financially able, might just do that; release, or facilitate the release, of suppressed technologies to the public. Eventually, in December 1985, Cooper graduated from the University of Colorado, at Denver, with two degrees; one in business and the other in political science. Knowing of Cooper’s plan to teach China how to do business, Ike’s people arranged for him to lecture both, the Chinese Finance Minister and then (Dec. 1985), Undersecretary of Defense, Xi Jinping. Cooper’s first question to China’s Finance Minister was; “How many Central Committee Members, out of the 25, are in favor of doing business?” The Finance Minister responded; “I’m the only one.” As Cooper explains it; “Solving the problem was more about convincing the Central Committee of China why they should do business rather than, how they should do business.”
The Finance Minister credited Cooper with the development of modern China in his memoirs, which were publicly released throughout China. The second phase in Cooper’s sojourn to release suppressed technologies entailed the study and practice of engineering. He worked with Westinghouse Electric Company as an electronics technician from 1975 to 1976. He worked as an urban planner with various civil engineering companies from 1988 to 1994. The third phase in Cooper’s sojourn to release suppressed technologies entailed the study and practice of the law, which he did from 1994 to 2013. He attended law school for one year and then worked as a paralegal for various law firms and non-profit organizations. As Cooper explains it, “Without legal power, you can’t prevent the theft of your inventions.”
Cooper’s specialty in law is mandamus; suing the government. He is well known, throughout the United States, for his unique ability to consistently prevail in such actions. After all that preparation, and ground-laying, in January 2014, Cooper was finally able to focus on personally inventing and patenting advanced technologies. Since then, he has filed six US patents for “free energy” generators, the latest of which was filed on December 9, 2018. Cooper describes his free energy generator patents as being for very low level “transitional” technologies. Though Cooper has independently derived all eight forces, he only discloses technologies employing the first five to the public. As Cooper explains it; “The world may OD from too much, too soon; and, no faction of the ICC is in favor of full disclosure, all at once.”

China Knows About the SSP (Secret Space Program)
Dan was informed, by Chinese persons in the know, that Pres. Xi Jinping and his wife, Peng Liyuan, were both transported, by the SSP, to several other planets, outside of our solar system, through one of the Ancient Builder Race Portals. In addition, they were also given a ride on one of the SSP’s battleships (capable of both, Warp 9.8 and Temporal Jumps) and given a tour of our local 52 star systems. This occurred in early 2014. The Chinese described that Battleship and, from that description, I showed them various artistic renditions of such spaceships. They said that it (the spaceship that their Pres. was taken for a ride in) was similar to this one:
Final Exam: the Fight at the Plunge
My final test (a combat exam) occurred at “The Plunge”, (above), in July 1968 (on this timeline). The Plunge is the swimming pool at La Puente High School, La Puente, CA.

The commanding USAF-SSP four-star general there (Norton AFB) said I utterly failed the exam and that I should be disposed of (executed). He said I didn’t have the “blood lust” and that, “that dog won’t hunt”. This is because no one got hurt; well, except that I bloodied the nose of their (that gang’s) best fighter. The general claimed that that blow was an accident. They (the SSP command) were expecting some kills, at least. After all, there were 25 of them in that gang and they all came to the Plunge that day to kill me. I was on lifeguard duty there that day (a Sunday).
My Japanese Head Martial Arts Instructor said that I passed that test better than any other student had ever done so before; that, the nose that I bloodied was NOT an accident; and, based upon those facts, requested that I be given another chance; which, I was.
Traditional Wooden Swords
When our team (16) left to track down that Reptilian team (6), through the rocks (mountainous-rocky terrain), we took with us two of their traditional wooden swords specifically for the challenge to a duel (to first blood) that we were told to make if we were able to capture that team, alive.
The wooden swords that we took looked very much like a “Suburito”. And; one of our team members carried them in a bag across his shoulder. The first picture shows the size of a Suburito in comparison with other wooden swords, with carrying bag. The second picture shows a Suburito similar to the ones that are traditional to that Reptilian group.
Reptilian Talon Necklace
For a time (it was a fad), we (our team) wore (at ceremonies), talon necklaces made up of the Reptilians we killed in combat and/or in duels. If a Reptilian reached out to cut us with their talons, we would just relieve them of that hand (with a quickly drawn laser sword) and take the longest talon and add it to our necklaces. This (wearing Talon necklaces at official events) really lit up (pissed off) our Draco Commanders. This is why we did it; wore those Talon necklaces. After a while, we got tired of that fad but, I continued to wear the Talon (one only) of the Draco Commander that I killed in a duel. He challenged me to a duel because I wouldn’t remove my Talon necklace after he ordered me to; and, he selected the terms of engagement; to the death only. What a fool. I wore that Draco Talon necklace to remind the Draco that to challenge one of us (my team) to a duel was to die. We (my team) learned this (wearing claw necklaces) from the Apache Warriors who trained us. They (the Apache) believed that to wear the claws of grizzly bears that they killed in combat (a hunt) was to have (gain) their strength and power.
